"I can't transfer any photos from my iPhone to my Macbook Pro using Image Capture, Preview or iPhoto. Whenever I try to transfer them it says files could not be imported. Does anyone else seem to have this problem? If anyone can give me any advice/help, it'd be much appreciated thanks!" --- Catherine
